TMI Tuesday July 3rd 2018

It's TMI Tuesday again!

Hellowe’re listening.

1. Picture the child you once were, what did that child do very well?
She was a great chameleon. She could blend in anywhere with any people. She told a ton of lies to have that ability though.
2. What are you really good at now?
Now, I'm really good at being the authentic me. I really don't place much weight at all on what others think. I live and let live and expect the same. You do you, I'll do me :P
3. Did you ever expect love in return and not get it?
Are we gonna get really deep and say I expected more parental love than I got? Sure, they feed me (most of the time) and kept a roof over my head but day to day I think they couldn't have cared less.
We could also be super shallow and talk about all those internet "submissives" I met up with who let me down in a big way, but that wasn't love. . .
4. Who do you need to get in touch with because it has been so long?
I don't keep in touch with a lot of my family for obvious reasons, but there are ones among them that I'm really fond of and wish I was better at keeping track of and engaged with.
5. What are your thoughts on this: “Every woman deserves her special day. I get that. But does it really have to cost so much fucking money? I mean, c’mon. If you’re serious about building a future with a guy, why bankrupt him?”
I think it's a bit shallow in that I wouldn't expect a man to foot the bill for such a thing alone in the first place. Also, I don't see the reason for all the pomp and circumstance, really. Why not just gather a few good friends, celebrate your love and eat cake and dance. Why does there have to be so much pressure for it to be this perfect day that the woman has dreamed about all her life?!
Bonus: What is your number one priority?
My number one priority is making sure the people I truly love know how much I care about them on a daily basis.
